Our Mission
We are Blue Collar Philanthropy. Established in 2020 as a means to help underserved individuals realize their potential through skills training, sustainable practices, and trade advocacy.
Our Background
In the next decade there could be as many as 2.4 million unfilled manufacturing jobs. It is harder now to find qualified workers than at any other period during the last 30 years. We are committed to changing that narrative.

Successful communities start with a thriving and capable workforce, where citizens are proud of their contributions, and where the traditionally underserved find more opportunities for success–not less.
